This program provides a comprehensive framework for Dynamic Process Transformation (DPT), guiding organizations through four stages of maturity. It will begin with the foundations of process transformation, introducing key concepts and transformation drivers and continue with analysis of case studies, process maturity models, and applocations of strategic tools to improve accountability, innovation, and business-centric operations. Through practical exercises, participants will develop skills to transition from siloed processes to integrated, agile, and responsive business models. The course will then conclude with strategies for embedding transformation into organizational culture and sustaining long-term change. The course will bring together, in a cohesive and holistic way, practitioner expertise complemented by re-applicable models (Inixia), with academic knowledge (POLIMI GSOM Faculty). The offering is one-of-a-kind, based on real use cases and case studies, and highly interactive.

Developing expertise in systemically analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes. Acquiring proficiency in applying process improvement frameworks and tools (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean, Agile). Understanding the principles, strategies and tactics of business process redesign and transformation.

Candidates with a Bachelor/Master of Science could be eligible. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as long as equivalent in their respective University systems.
