Description
The programme aims to address the elements of operational project management starting from the distinction between repetitive and non-repetitive processes by addressing the definition of basic tools for identifying work content, time costs risks and the quality level of project output. Describing the peculiarities of the different project phases throughout the life cycle after the analysis of the planning phase, the issues of project performance control are addressed. The parameters of uncertainty in projects are then declined to address the risk management process. The course concludes by addressing issues of leadership in project management with a focus on highly innovative contexts.
Educational project
The course aims to provide skills for designing project organizations, distinguishing between roles and tasks, and analyzing Stage-Gate and Agile management principles. It introduces a systemic project view, covering the entire lifecycle and the connection between planning and control. It delves into economic project evaluation through discounted cash flow and risk management in an Enterprise Risk Management framework. Finally, the course explores innovative leadership, situational team management, and the Customer Delight approach to drive change.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Foreign qualifications will be considered valid as far as equivalent in their respective University Systems.
