Description
The course aims to prepare participants on the following topics: - Understanding the variety of banking instruments available to businesses. - Learning the classification, characteristics, and valuation models for debt securities. - Understanding the objectives and methods of conducting major extraordinary finance operations. - Identifying possible sources of financing for a startup project based on its characteristics.
Educational project
The objective of the course is to cover aspects of corporate finance related to capital raising and securities market operations, with particular attention to banking instruments and managing relationships with the credit system, bonds and stocks, extraordinary finance, entrepreneurial finance, and venture capital.
Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Science degree. Foreign qualifications will be considered valida as far as equivalent in their respective University Systems.
