Educational project
The International Executive Master in Project Management aims to: - strengthen the capability of methodological approach to manage projects efficiently and effectively; - integrate a series of multidisciplinary skills (technical, economic and financial, managerial and organizational), which may allow an organic and systemic view of the existing or eventual problems, attentive to the necessary interactions between functions and contexts; - acquire interpersonal skills (communication management, negotiation techniques and conflict resolution, team-building, leadership, time management, etc.). The teaching of the master, with the adoption of interactive teaching methodologies and an approach that supports the transfer of experience through numerous examples and case discussions, intends to support these evolutionary processes in order to train professionals to be able to assume roles of responsibility in project management and related processes. Attending the master is therefore an opportunity to acquire the managerial culture integrated and crossfunctional that is not easy to build through the only work experience and that, based on the current dynamics of recruitment by companies, will allow participants to grasp some of the best opportunities for integration and growth offered by the labor market.
