DIPARTIMENTO DI INGEGNERIA GESTIONALE

Sustainability - with particular reference to energy management and circular economy - is increasingly becoming a potential source of competitive advantage for companies in many sectors, also impacting on all the processes within a company such as the innovation process or supply chain partners orchestration. This master will allow you to develop the following abilities: Ability to set-up a sustainability-oriented strategy, with particular reference to circular economy and energy management Ability to evaluate and select strategic alternatives in the energy management and circular economy fields Ability to design sustainable product, services and business models Ability to navigate complex ecosystems (e.g., smart communities and cities) and put in practice the sustainability-oriented strategy.

Our students will learn how to manage sustainable companies with the need to evolve towards a more sustainable and circular economic model: in addition to the emerging technological and social macro-trends, this trend opens up great business opportunities for both incumbent companies and newcomers, such as start-ups. Our students will learn how to manage circular economy projects from a strategic, entrepreneurial, organizational and technological perspective. The Master will leverage a strongly experiential approach, designed in partnership with a huge group of companies, to blend a practice-oriented and action-learning approach, through laboratories, companies presentation and a tight connection with companies.

Bachelor/Master of Science or equivalent. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered.
