Working Group and Steering Committee

Working Group

The Working Group was re-established by the Academic Senate in April 2024. Its role is to monitor the progress of the Action Plan, gather internal feedback, manage timelines and indicators, support the action leaders, update the Plan, and propose new measures to strengthen the HRS4R process.

In its current composition, effective until the end of 2025, the Group is chaired by the Vice Rector for Talent Development and includes representatives of the research community (from doctoral students to full professors) and key central administrative offices involved in the HRS4R process.

This group is responsible for supporting and monitoring all actions defined in the Action Plan.

Steering Committee

The Steering Committee provides strategic guidance and support for the HRS4R process, offering opinions and recommendations to the Working Group and ensuring alignment between the HRS4R actions and the University Strategic Plan.

In its current composition, effective until the end of 2028, it is chaired by the Pro-Rector for Strategic Plan Implementation and includes high-level university figures with strategic mandates.

This structure ensures continuous dialogue among scientific, inclusion, and administrative functions.
