Description

The training course has the following structure: - Lectures and exercises for real customers. Each topic will be presented to the students through theoretical information and practical cases and then verified through exercises based on real projects. A highly qualified Faculty of professors of the Politecnico and experts in the sector,will train students in the professions described in goals. - Periodic progress meetings and team-building. Will be established monthly days to check with the class the progress in terms of learning and ability to work in a team; on these occasions, each student will be able to deal with teachers about their own professional growth path and any projects o personal initiatives. - Career design. Students will acquire the awareness of recognizing the attitudes and motivations and to define professional goals. They will learn to recognize the opportunities in the changing market and plan the strategy to achieve the milestones of their professional career. - Project work. The design skills acquired by the students will be tested with two project works in which they will be assigned briefs from real clients. The class, divided into groups, it will work like a real consultancy reality, respecting deadlines and objectives and verifying them during the sales phase with the customer. - Internship. The training course will finish with a 500-hour internship in a company, through which participants will be able to transfer the skills acquired during the Master, under the guidance and suggestions from experts who have been operating in the world of the web for some time with different professional profiles. At the end of the path a final exam is foreseen to complete the Master.

Educational project

The Master is a First Level Specializing Master of Politecnico di Milano which aims to train professionals capable of designing and managing digital transformation strategies for business, marketing and communication. The Master in Design the Digital Strategy prepares future Digital Strategists, Digital Innovation Officers, Digital Project Managers and Digital Accounts capable of leading innovative strategies with a focus on digital identity, strategic positioning and digital marketing. The lateral thinking typical of the design culture and the cross-market approach adopted by the Master make these figures suitable for working in different market sectors, multiple company functions and realities of various scales, from multinationals to SMEs, from start-ups to the public administration. Professional growth is stimulated by project work, exercises with companies and meetings with managers and C-Levels; the personal one from the Career Design path, which supports students in actively and independently planning their own professional future, in accordance with the identity of each and every one.

Requirements

The First Level Specialising Master is addressed to candidates holding a Bachelor or Master degree or First or Second Level Academic Diploma in Economics and Commerce (by way of example but not limited to: Economics, finance and law for business management); Humanities (by way of example but not limited to: Philosophy, Sociology, Journalism, Foreign languages ​​and literatures, Environmental and landscape human sciences, New art technologies); Engineering; Design; Architecture; Communication Sciences (by way of example but not limited to: Cultures and Languages ​​for Communication, Communication and Psychology, Media Languages, Publishing, Communication and Information Sciences); Marketing; Management. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective University Systems will be considered.
