The time frame of the university master's program is a minimum of 18 months, providing training modules of 2/3 days per month from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The program is divided into two main parts: part in the classroom and a project work of about 6 months on a part-time basis in a project initiated in the company to which it belongs.

Educational project

The University Master's Degree in Management has the objectives of: developing tools for collaboration between universities and companies that, alongside traditional MBA courses, can foster training that is more specific to the participants' work context; integrating the learning process and work activity: at the basis of the University Master's Degree is the idea that continuing education should contribute to the development of the professionalism of high-potential managers, without limiting, but rather enhancing, their ability to take on relevant roles and responsibilities even during their training. The training courses are designed to be coherent and synergistic with work activity, which is the fundamental ground on which the learning process is built; to give systematicity and continuity to training in the field of management, avoiding phenomena of dispersion and lack of critical mass that risk reducing its overall effectiveness; and to personalize the training course on the individual participant: thanks to a modular structure that integrates classroom activities carried out in limited and homogeneous classes, on-the-job activities and training modules of the participant's choice, the training course can be customized to the level of each individual participant; have a broader and at the same time organic offering for the development of different professional profiles.
