Educational project
The Masters in Valuation&Advisory (MVA) is intended to train expert real estate evaluers.
In
order to provide the professional skills and knowledge needed by real estate evaluers to
fulfill Standard 11558 of the Italian regulatory body UNI.
Requiring knowledge, ability and competence, the Masters MVA seeks to develop skills
suitable for real estate valutation in line with national and international reference
standards. The Masters provides the theoretical principles and operating models needed to
acquire a professional level of knowledge and skill adequate for making real-estate
valutations on every level and scale: the correctness of these evaluations is no longer just
a question of prudential vigilence but is becoming an essential element of civil law. The
fundamental aims are the acquisition of in-depth knowledge of assessment and
evaluation,
principles of economics and real-estate markets and documented knowledge of the land
registry system, real-estate fiscal system, environmental certification and, more generally,
skills in urban planning law, financial mathematics, statistics, and building science and
technology. The whole programme is founded on an advanced didactic approach, which
includes theoretical lessons, discussion and resolution of study cases, with the aim of
promoting interaction between the teacher and participants and consolidating the
acquisition of technical knowledge.
Requirements
Only candidates with a Laurea V.O. or Laurea Specialistica/Magistrale in an engineering,
economic or legal discipline may apply. Equivalent foreign qualifications in these disciplines
will be considered. At least a B1 level of English is required.
