Description
In today markets, the success of a company cannot be measured anymore just in
terms
of
value generated for the shareholders, but a holistic approach, able to measure the
shared
value generated is mandatory. Sustainability is more and more a challenge for
companies,
that are required to reshape their current business around the concept of sustainability
or
completely redesign the current business models. Any kind of managers cannot neglect
this
point of view and a throughout competence about what does it mean to integrate the
sustainability into the day-by-day strategy of a company is a necessary skill, for the
present
but especially for the future.
Educational project
Our students will learn how to manage a sustainable companies from the ground:
starting
from the overarching questions of the why a company should be sustainable,
throughout the
main changes to implement to manage a sustainable company up to a sustainable
function.
Our students will learn how to manage sustainability projects from a strategic,
entrepreneurial, organizational and technological perspective. The International Master
in
Sustainability Management and Corporate Social Responsibility will leverage a practice-
oriented and action-learning approach characterized by a tight connection with
companies
sharing their field experience and through the support of a huge faculty with variegated
and
complementary competences. "
Requirements
Candidates with Bachelor of Science can be eligible.
