Established in 1794, the National Institute of Sciences, Technology and Management (CNAM) is a public university and Grande École of engineering. In addition to its headquarters, located in Paris, the CNAM operates a regional network of over 200 establishments in mainland France (at least one campus is present in each of the French regions) and overseas, as well as several international centers in Lebanon, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, Morocco, Germany, Spain, China. Together with other institutions, CNAM was a founding member, in 2010, of the Hésam Research and Higher Education Pole, a community of several French networks of higher education, research, innovation and business. Bachelor and master-level degrees as well as doctoral diplomas can be obtained at the CNAM in various fields, including Economics, Law and Management, Human and Social Sciences, Communication, Sciences and Industrial Techniques, Mathematical Sciences and Computer Networks. About thirty renowned institutes and other research laboratories benefit from the didactic supervision of the CNAM: these collaborations allow the institute to be more involved in the professional branches through tailor-made training, aimed at the professional development of the students.
