İzmir University of Economics (IUE) is a foundation university located in İzmir, Turkey, founded in 2001. The IUE is an institution of higher education and aims to nurture individuals who are creative, open-minded, respectful, and hands-on. The campus is located on the western outskirts of Izmir, a big city on Turkey’s Mediterranean coastline. IEU offers a large variety of programs extending from social sciences and engineering to law and medical schools. The Mission of Izmir University of Economics is to raise innovative and qualified individuals who are inquisitive, and equipped with leadership attributes, entrepreneurial capabilities, and critical thinking skills, and to contribute to science with unique researches.
