ISAE-ENSMA - GRADUATE SCHOOL IN MECHANICAL AND AERONAUTICAL ENGINEERING

Founded in Poitiers, in 1948, ISAE-ENSMA has been able to create its own position of excellence in the field of industry and research, during its 50 years of history. In 1993, the French Grande Ecole, that, like the others, aims to train the ruling class of the country, has been moved to the Futuroscope area, born as an entertainment park and later changed to a first class technological centre. Here, more than 200 important French companies and universities have their headquarters. It is a lively and vibrant place, a few kilometres from Poitiers. Thanks also to its position, the engineering school has developed very close relations with aeronautical and space companies, and it can offer contacts for internships and final work to its students. In 2011, ESMA became part of the ISAE Group, the first education and research centre in the field of aeronautics and space engineering in France.
