Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), located in São Paulo, Brazil, was founded in 1947 and it is considered one of the most important and respected academic institutions in Brazil. FAAP supports, promotes and develops plastic and scenic arts, culture, and teaching. The FAAP offers an orientation program providing information about the city of São Paulo, the institution and the different internal procedures and rules. Many events and games aiming to integrate the international students into the Brazilian culture are also organized. The School of Arts offers courses in Design and Architecture and the School of Engineering in civil and industrial Engineering.
