ANHALT UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES

With campuses in Köthen, Bernburg and Dessau, the Hochschule Anhalt, founded in 1991, has campuses in three different cities: Köthen, traditionally important center of culture and education, Bernburg with its natural sciences and Dessau, which with its Bauhaus architecture inspires people all over the world. The international atmosphere is assured by about 430 international students. The Dessau campus, specifically, houses the Department of Architecture, Management and Geoinformation and the Design Department. The direct proximity to the world heritage site "Bauhaus", which until now is known as the cradle of modern design and architectural teaching makes the environment creative and stimulating. The proposed training approach is based on high quality manual work education, a practical application guaranteed and supported by the most modern technology in a spirit of experimental innovation.
