Internal Collaborations

The CUG works in synergy with the Rectordelegates on Equal Opportunities and Sustainability issues and with the Equal Opportunities Unity. The CUG collaborates with all the university bodies and associations that deal with equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion, workplace well-being and health. Noteworthy, CUG closely collaborates with:

  • The Work-related Distress Counselling Desk. It provides a support service on relational and organisational issues to those who feel discomfort in their workplace. The service guarantees utmost confidentiality and aims to identify ideas and strategies for problem improvement and solutions. Dr Alice Fattori - an external psychologist collaborating with POLIMI - runs the service. To contact her and, if necessary, schedule a meeting (in person or online), send an e-mail to: sportellodiascolto@polimi.it
  • The Confidential Counsellor. The Confidential Counsellor provides advice and assistance to anyone claiming to have been a victim of discrimination, mobbing, and sexual, moral, and psychological harassment. He/she is a professional external to the University who acts in full autonomy and performs duties of prevention, attentive listening, information, and training to nurture an organisational climate that ensures equal dignity and freedom to faculties, administrative staff, and students of POLIMI. He/she manages the submitted cases scrupulously, fairly and with the utmost confidentiality. The current Confidential Counsellor is adv. Ilaria Li Vigni. To contact her and, if necessary, schedule a meeting (in person or online), send an e-mail to: consiglieradifiducia@polimi.it
