Description of the initiative

THE COMPANY
Leroy Merlin Italia is a multi-specialist company that offers the possibility of improving one's home thanks to the complete solutions of products and services. BACKGROUND
The Fuorisalone 2023 represents the 2nd Leroy Merlin participation in this event, an opportunity to be able to better express our concept.
PROJECT EVOLUTION 2023
The evolution of the 2023 project aims to enrich the initiatives and contribute to the launch of a new area: the PORTA VENEZIA DISTRICT, which for the first time overlooks the Fuorisalone.
We will occupy the Casa Nervesa space, an open space of about 450 square meters, proposing the OPEN HOUSE event.

Open House by Leroy Merlin. A new & open way of living.
After the pandemic "the house is reborn more beautiful, efficient, inclusive, a new engine of life and re-adapts to the new needs of the inhabitants and the planet.
The concept declines according to 4 pillars:
Offer with a focus on Made in Italy brands and products
Innovation to present new sales formats in Milan and Italy
Sustainability to present concrete projects aimed at promoting an inclusive economy
Events & Experiences with talks and open workshops
DESIGN ACTIVITIES_Passion in Action
Study of EVOLVED CONCEPTS for 3 installations whose structure includes 3 "reinvented houses":
  • 1st HOUSE is a real open house, which opens up to light, greenery, and color, which can be crossed where visitors can interact.
  • 2nd overturned HOUSE, a structure consisting of an overturned house symbolizes a house that adapts people, to the new ways of living home today, with multifunctional spaces for many stories to be experienced (welcoming, working, family, animals, passions, and hobbies, gymnastics)
  • A 3rd HOUSE expresses the concept of well-being and energy efficiency that is capable of generating an attractive visual impact and interaction with the public.
