Description of the initiative

Mindfulness, according to Kabat-Zinn, is a process that brings a certain quality of attention to the present experience moment by moment and in a non-judgmental way. The main benefits are: reduction of stress; improvement of attentive resources; promotion of psychophysical well-being. We will also present techniques based on neurobiofeedback sensors for monitoring mindfulness techniques.
