Machine learning (ML) is becoming an essential asset to business, for its ability to unravel and predict important patterns. E-learning is pretty much an unexplored machine learning area, therefore a nice playground where to experiment and adapt ML approaches and solutions. Examples of applications include improving and personalizing the learning experience of students, or helping teachers and administrators in the delivery of courses.In this course you will learn how to apply machine learning on real world business cases in the e-learning domain. You will learn about the process behind the development of an algorithm, from its idea to production. Special attention will be put on scalability of the proposed solution and on the optimisation of the chosen architecture.
