A Protocol sector is active in the Mail Protocol and Archive service, which handles incoming correspondence (in paper and electronic format) for all areas of the Central Administration and for numerous departments of the University. On a day-to-day basis, the sector provides technical support to Titulus operators in protocol entry activities. It is possible to interact with operators either by phone or email.
