Description

In a context of increasingly complex challenges, managers, leaders and professionals must have the ability to combine analytical skills and creative attitudes. Knowing how to consider the impacts generated by innovation projects on the people involved and recepients of the innovation itself, as well as the indirect effects generated on society is fundamental to imagine a future, not only possible, but also pleasant and desirable. The integration of analytical skills with intuitive attitudes allows to face ambiguous, complex, and often controversial contexts and innovation problems. Design-driven approaches are of interest not only to those working in creative-intensive industries, but also to leaders, managers and entrepreneurs who want to strengthen their profile with mindsets, practices and cutting-edge tools.

Educational project

The Program focuses on four fundamental skills for anyone wishing to promote a creative approach in innovation management: - Develop the ability to lead, promote and stimulate innovation and transformation processes through vision-driven and creative approaches. - Develop the ability to combine analytical and intuitive thinking in the different phases of innovation and transformation processes: from needs analysis to the identification of technological opportunities, from architectural design to market launch. - Develop the ability to design not only functional, but also enjoyable and meaningful experiences for people using innovative products and services. - Develop the ability to accelerate design processes through the adoption of innovative experimental attitudes and aimed at a continuous dialogue with the recipients of innovation.
