Description

The MIDIS Master provides the supporting staff of the Headmaster (i) with a global vision of Digital Transformation, and the opportunities it can offer to the school, togheter with (ii) a framework of all the management tools useful to support and promote the change that the introduction of digital technologies causes. The path will therefore unfold developing two major subject areas: - The first is related to management tools aimed at supporting managerial action. Although the supporting staff is not directly responsible for the managerial actions of introducing technological innovation into the school (the responsibility is up to the Headmaster), his role requires a basic knowledge of the managerial tools available for the schools; - The second subject area, strongly oriented to the mission of the schools, will provide specific tools, with regard to what opportunities the digitalization offers to teaching; reflections will be proposed with regard to how didactics change with the use of technologies, what teaching by considering skills in a digital world means, which training needs the teachers are required to develop in this particular phase of transition from traditional teaching models to digital models.

Educational project

Provide participants with basic skills that enable them to: - Know the reference context within which the National Digital School Plan is inserted; - Know the main tools that allow supporting organizational changes within the educational institution; - Become "agents of change", reinforcing one's ability to relate to the context, internal and external, in order to support the leadership role of School Directors; - Acquire specific skills related to digital technologies that provide ideas and applications of the same in the educational activities of the school; - Become aware of the organizational dynamics and benefits brought by the introduction of different technologies at school, and propose ways to assess the effectiveness of the use of technology in teaching.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree, Master of Science degree. For applicants holding foreign degrees, the equivalent qualifications in the respective university systems will be considered
