Description
The Master is characterized by multidisciplinary teaching activities. The courses are
held
through theoretical lessons, seminars, exercises and projects. Each module has a final
evaluation exam, specific according to the module. The project makes use of innovative
methodologies including the following activities: LEARNING TO STAND UP (strategies
for
leadership, inclusive leadership, team building and coaching of relationship systems);
FASHION RETAILING OVERVIEW (introduction to the fashion retail industry, its
evolution
and historical critique, the predominant management and organizational models, the
supply chain and the tools to explore and learn about consumer systems and, finally,
the processes of innovation guided by design ); TOOLS (instrumental training aimed at
filling any gaps with respect to previous studies - in particular, learning of tools,
techniques, methodologies and the use of specific software and applications);
STRATEGIC APPROACH TO FASHION RETAIL (management of key processes that
characterize the strategic areas of fashion retail -Retail marketing, Fashion branding,
Trends&Scenarios and Fashion responsibility); RETAIL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
(customer experience construction with deep learning in experience strategy and
design, data and analytics, commerce, retail performance and CRM, e-commerce and
transmedia storytelling); PHYGITAL RETAIL DESIGN EXPERIENCE (activities aimed at
field testing the skills and abilities learned through team projects carried out in groups
on real topics agreed with companies); PERSONAL DESIGN PORTFOLIO (preparation of
your personal design portfolio, providing guidance on how to make it more interesting
and impactful); EXTRA EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES: IMMERSIVE RETAIL EXPERIENCE
(Retail Safari). EMPOWERMENT & CAREER MANAGEMENT AND INTERNSHIP (internships
in companies and professional studios related to retail design and preparation).
Educational project
The Specializing Master stems from a precise cultural and scientific objective of training
new professional profiles capable of responding to the current needs of fashion
companies in their digital and sustainable transformation process.
The objective is to train qualified professionals skilled in designing, developing, and
implementing innovation strategies and processes in the Retail Customer Experience,
which is now activated in an Omnichannel context, fueled and implemented by
dynamics of accelerated technological transformation, consumer centrality, and
servitization of the supply system.
The training program adopts an interdisciplinary approach that integrates theoretical
knowledge and a design-led approach to managing complex problems. Students will
gain a solid understanding of strategies for managing complex ecosystems in the retail
sector and the cross-sectoral dynamics that influence the consumer experience. They
will develop skills to analyze the elements that make up the retail ecosystem, such as
the touchpoint between consumers and brands, the interactions between physical and
digital channels, and the relationships between the different actors in the sector.
Requirements
Candidates with a Bachelor of Science o Master of Science degree can be eligible. For
foreign candidates, equivalent qualifications will be considered in the respective systems
of studies.
