The workshop is aimed at designing a scenic device to host the interactive performance entitled "You can have sex in the kitchen - Architecture of disobedience", a theater piece curated by the association CRAFT - Center for Art and Education Research Theater of Asti inside of the research project "Tango-Down Athena, Theater as hacking of the urban myth", coordinated by the POLIMI DESIS Lab of the Design Department - Polytechnic of Milan. The show is the result of a research path that intertwines the language of design, architecture, urban planning, with that of theater. The workshop proposes a co-design activity led by the architect-scenographer Francesco Fassone for the creation of an interactive scenic system that hosts the audience of the performance. During the workshop, some topics will be dealt with regarding the language of the stage space, the theater stage, the use of materials and traditional construction solutions of the stage. The work includes a part of participatory theoretical design and a second part dedicated to executive design, with the identification of appropriate technological systems to carry out the project, the possible creation of models or prototypes.
