Description of the initiative

The initiative involves the creation of a CAPSULE COLLECTION of uniforms to dress and equip the staff of TPER |Trenitalia for Emilia Romagna, a regional rail transport company.
The challenge will go through all the phases of the realization of the project: from the study of the brief to the definition of the collection garments, from the research of the image to the creation of the inspirational mood board, from the choice of fabrics to the definition of sample data sheets, from the drawings on the plate to the final sketches.
The project involves an interactive collaboration between two major Italian universities: Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI) and Alma Mater of Bologna (UNIBO).

How the project works:
After Phase1 of gathering information, analysis, and defining the brief (entrusted to the UNIBO team), our work will be required in Phase2 for the collaborative design of uniforms for service personnel based on the special request that emerged during the focus session groups with the representatives of Trenitalia and UNIBO.
