The course focuses on three macro area which all refer to the field of metacognition: 1.Memory techniques; 2. Effective learning techniques; 3. Time management strategies. The course is divided into two parts. Part 1: Introduction seminar on Metacognition. Part 2: Full Immersion Course on Memory techniques and effective learning. TARGETS: Part I - Acquisition of basic Metacognition tools: -Understanding of the functioning mechanisms of the cognitive process -Development of strategies to strengthen one's own cognitive process. Part II: -Main acquisition Rapid memory techniques - Acquisition of effective learning strategies - Acquisition of organization strategies and time management -Increase of results in the study with increasing quality and time reduction
