Description of the initiative

You've been in school for years now. You've used the blackboard, chalk, books, and notebooks. You've been allowed or prohibited from using your cell phone. Maybe you've had an interactive digital whiteboard in the classroom. You've gone through the remote lessons during the lockdown.
No one knows better than you what is needed in school or university. Which technologies could help students learn better or support teachers in their work. Which tools could make a lesson lively and interactive or take us beyond the concept of a lesson.
This PIA is a laboratory course open to ideas.
In the classroom, there will be me and my collaborators, and our task will be to give you ideas and then help you develop your creativity, based on our experience. We are from HOC-LAB, a laboratory that has been working for 20 years on the development of technologies for schools that have involved thousands of students and teachers.
What will you do? You'll listen to us (a little), see some examples (beautiful ones), come up with ideas (yours), and work on them (for the most part of the time).
We'll also have guests: Google Education (you know what they do) and a start-up by POLIMI students, Fifthingenium (which develops mixed reality for schools).
For those who want to, there will be the possibility to discuss the expansion of the project in a thesis.
