WHEN TO ENROL IN THE CIVIL ENGINEERING PROGRAMME IN ENGLISH
Civil Engineering
First Phase: Early enrolment
This phase is reserved for candidates who finish upper secondary school in the 2023/2024 school year and:
- have passed an ENGLISH TOLC-I in the 2023 calendar, in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, with a score rounded to the nearest integer equal to or greater than 60.00/100
or - have an alternative SAT, GRE, GMAT, ACT test certificate (see the special page to know scores)
Registration of ENGLISH TOLC-I 2023 e SAT, GRE E GMAT test certificates in theOnline Services must be done by 12:00 noon (CET) on 6 May 2024.
Second enrolment phase: standard enrolment
with 5 rolling rankings
This phase is reserved for candidates who:
- have passed a ENGLISH TOLC-I 2023, in the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023, with a score converted into a TOL score rounded to the nearest integer equal to or greater than 60.00/100.
- have passed a ENGLISH TOLC-I 2024 by 31 May 2024 with a score converted into a TOL score rounded to the nearest integer greater than or equal to 30.00.
Remember that you must register your English TOLC-I test certificate on Online Services .
If you do not register by the deadline, you will not be able to use your test certificate.
You can do that from the day after you take the English TOLC-I and only after the official result is made available on the CISIA website.
-If you sat an English TOLC-I 2023 while in the penultimate year of upper secondary school, you must register it by 11:59 (CET) on 6 May 2024.
-If you sat a TOLC-I 2024 and you are currently in the last year of upper secondary school, you must register it by 11:59 (CET) on 6 June 2024
First ranking
In the first ranking list, published on 24 June 2024, you may be:
ASSIGNED - you must enrol in the programme to which you have been assigned by 23:59 (CET) on 26 June 2024.
If you do not enrol , you will be considered to have withdrawn.
PENDING - you will not be able to enrol, but you can express your interest by 12:00 noon (CET) on 27 June 2024 to be considered in the next ranking.
If you do not express your interest, you will be considered to have withdrawn
NO AVAILABLE PLACES LEFT - you have no chance of entering Politecnico as there are no available places left for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Second ranking
In the second ranking list, published on 1 July 2024, you may be:
ASSIGNED - you must enrol in the programme to which you have been assigned by 23:59 (CET) on 03 July 2024.
If you do not enrol , you will be considered to have withdrawn.
PENDING -you will not be able to enrol, but you can express your interest by 12:00 noon (CET) on 4 July 2024 to be considered in the next ranking.
If you do not express your interest, you will be considered to have withdrawn
NO AVAILABLE PLACES LEFT - you have no chance of entering Politecnico as there are no available places left for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Third ranking
In the third ranking published on 08 July 2024, you may be:
ASSIGNED - you must enrol in the programme to which you have been assigned by 23:59 (CET) on 10 July 2024.
If you do not enrol , you will be considered to have withdrawn.
PENDING - you will not be able to enrol, but you can express your interest by 12:00 noon (CET) on 11 July 2024 to be considered in the next ranking.
If you do not express your interest, you will be considered to have withdrawn.
NO AVAILABLE PLACES LEFT - you have no chance of entering Politecnico as there are no available places left for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Fourth ranking
In the fourth ranking, published on 15 July 2024, you may be:
ASSIGNED - you must enrol in the programme to which you have been assigned by 23:59 (CET) on 17 July 2024.
If you do not enrol , you will be considered to have withdrawn
PENDING - you will not be able to enrol, but you can express your interest by 12:00 noon (CET) on 18 July 2024 to be considered in the next ranking.
If you do not express your interest, you will be considered to have withdrawn from this enrolment phase.
NO AVAILABLE PLACES LEFT - you have no chance of entering Politecnico as there are no available places left for the 2024/2025 academic year.
Fifth ranking
In the fifth ranking, published on 22 July 2024, you may be:
ASSIGNED - you must enrol in the programme to which you have been assigned by 23:59 (CET) on 24 July 2024.
If you do not enrol , you will be considered to have withdrawn
NO AVAILABLE PLACES LEFT - you have no chance of entering Politecnico as there are no available places left for the 2024/2025 academic year.
