Only for students enrolled in additional curricular requirements and/or individual courses: after your application has been assessed, if you wish to enrol in a Laurea Magistrale programme to which you have been admitted, you must first withdraw from the individual courses
- under Online Services > Interruption of Studies, completing it with the payment of stamp duty/any outstanding fees.
Your individual courses will be terminated and you will no longer be able to take the remaining exam in subsequent sessions; - wait for your withdrawal to be processed and then enrol in the Laurea Magistrale programme.
In the case of subsequent enrolment in a degree programme, the grades for individual courses can only be validated at the discretion of the Study Programme Board (CCS). There is no attendance validation.

The individual courses from which you have withdrawn will be terminated so that you will lose the right to sit exams in any subsequent sessions.
If you obtain your first level degree after the enrolment deadline but before:
- 30 November 2022 (for admission to the Laurea Magistrale in the 1st semester 2022/2023)
- 30 March 2023 (for admission to the Laurea Magistrale in the 2nd semester 2022/2023*)
you may enrol in the Laurea Magistrale to which you have been admitted, even if you have not already obtained the qualification required for admission, but your enrolment will be conditional and if you are a student from a university other than Politecnico di Milano, you will be required to send notification of your graduation by the dates indicated above.
Once you have graduated, go to Online Services and select 'Application for Laurea Magistrale programmes'. Click on the magnifying glass to see the details, in the title section click on 'edit' and then select the pencil icon: enter the date and grade and then confirm and continue. Please also remember to enclose the self-certification of graduation.
If you obtain your qualification after the dates indicated above or fail to report your graduation by the deadlines, your enrolment will be cancelled.
How to enrol
To proceed with enrolment, you must pay the first instalment.
Log in to Online Services and click on the link ‘Admission to the Laurea Magistrale programme for students with Italian degrees: application, switching course, checking application result and enrolment’; go to the magnifying glass to the right of the assessment tick. Click on 'enrol' and select the payment method:
- IMMEDIATE PAYMENT by credit card or prepaid card (PagoPA model 1).
Follow the procedure to complete payment and print a copy of your enrolment receipt. - We recommend that you log back in after payment has been completed and print a copy of your enrolment receipt.
- DEFERRED PAYMENT through home banking or accredited payment services providers (PagoPA Model 3).
ENROLMENT IN LAUREA MAGISTRALE PROGRAMMES FOR THE A.Y. 2023/2024 - REDUCED RATES
If you enrol in 2023/2024 for a Laurea (equivalent to Bachelor of Science) programme in Engineering, you may be entitled to a reduction of the first instalment if your ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) for 2023 (use ‘Diritto allo Studio Universitario benefits’) is less than €27.740.
In order to be entitled to the reduction in anticipation of enrolment, we recommend that you request and enter the date of issue of your ISEE 2024 (use ‘Diritto allo Studio Universitario benefits’) in Online Services as early as possible, or at least 10 to 15 days before the enrolment period.
You can enter the date of issue of the DSU (Dichiarazione Sostitutiva Unica) by going to Online Services - Personalised Services > Data > Tuition fees, scholarships and financial aid > ISEE Declaration, and then > ‘Enter ISEE Self-Certification’.
It takes INPS a maximum of 10 days to process your information and forward the results to the Politecnico. You need to enter your ISEE at least 10-15 days before enrolling to ensure our system applies any reductions to the first instalment and avoid having to pay the first instalment in full.
The reduction on the first instalment is linked to your ISEE 2023 and must be confirmed by your ISEE 2024, which is available from January 2024.

Once you are enrolled, please wait for a couple of hours to view the link for submitting your study plan, by selecting the student number you’ve been assigned.
