To coincide with second semester lectures for the 2020/2021 academic year, from 23 February 2021, the Registrar’s Office (building 22, via Golgi no. 42, first floor), desk will be open to report thefts suffered by students inside the University premises. Please note that students enrolled at Politecnico are covered against the risk of theft and robbery of movable property by an insurance policy, and the premium is paid with the first instalment of tuition fees.
The desk is run by Allianz S.p.a. personnel and has the following opening hours:
- Monday from 1.30 - 5.30 pm
- Wednesday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 1.30 - 5.30 pm
- Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.

Interested parties must attach the following documentation to the request to open the claim:
- police report, submitted to the police authority;
- copy of the receipt/invoice for the purchase of the stolen goods.
In any case, the policyholders may send, also via e-mail, the requests for the opening of the claim (together with the police report about the theft and a copy of the receipt/invoice for the purchase of the stolen goods) to Allianz S.p.a. Please find below all contact details:
