Description
The course will start on April 9, 2021 and it will be held online. It will end with three days of practical exercises, comprising case studies, a mock negotiation and a mock litigation. These last three days of lectures will be held in presence.
The final exam will be organized immediately after the exercises and it will comprise a first part with multiple choice questions and a second part with an open question.
Educational project
The 2021 edition of the Industrial Property Course - Patents is aimed at providing a professional training in the IP field, with a specific focus on the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court. The course is aimed at the attainment of the Patent Litigator qualification according to R. 12 of the Draft rules on the European patent litigation certificate and other appropriate qualifications pursuant to article 48(2) of the agreement on a Unified Patent Court.
