The new fields of magnetism represented by spintronics and magnomics open a promising scenario on the development of devices able to treat information through electrons spin, bypassing the joule-heat effect and allowing miniaturazion without compromising the performances.
Nevertheless, the current technologies require an external control field which reduces the possibilities of device scalability and integration.
The invention proposed overcomes this problem integrating a permanent magnet at chip level: the local magnetic field permits spin-waves manipulation maintaining reconfigurability and low power consumption.
