Description

"The master is divided into three areas. A first area focuses on the trends that characterize the healthcare sector. A second area aimed at providing management tools and skills, such as: business model, organizational design, project management. Already in this area the tools and skills will be focused specifically in the world of clinical research. A third area aimed at providing specific skills related to innovation in clinical research facilities. The themes of organizational, digital, technological and built-up innovation will be dealt with.

Educational project

The master aims to training Innovation Managers in the healthcare sector, with particular reference to professionals working in clinical research facilities. The outgoing profile will have a deep knowledge of the innovation trends in the healthcare sector, with particular reference to digital transformation phenomena; will know and will be able to apply the main management tools to innovate clinical research structures (such as business models, project management tools). Furthermore, the outgoing profile will be able to manage technological, digital and organizational innovation linked to clinical research facilities, also with a view to integrating healthcare and clinical research, and will be able to complement technical, organizational and managerial skills, necessary to operate in complex and constantly changing realities such as those dealing with clinical research.

Requirements

Candidates with a Master of Science can be eligible. Equivalent foreign qualifications in their respective university systems will be considered valid.
