L'arte della guida - Incontro con Elena Granata e Andrea Granelli

When

Drawing on the book Anima mediterranea. La leadership come arte della guida, Elena Granata and Andrea Granelli propose a critical reflection on dominant leadership models, particularly those rooted in Anglo-Saxon traditions, highlighting their limitations in the face of contemporary transformations. The volume explores the idea of a “Mediterranean leadership,” capable of valuing relationships, context, and plurality, and invites us to rethink how we observe and interpret the world, starting from a crossroads of cultures, languages, and identities that has historically generated visions and civilizations.

In dialogue with Mario Calderini, this perspective intertwines with a reflection on impact-oriented innovation, the role of collaborative ecosystems, and the responsibility of institutions in generating shared value. What emerges is a discussion of the conditions necessary to guide both public and private decision-making toward development models capable of integrating growth, inclusion, and sustainability.
