Libreria Zero: the course “An Introduction to Sustainability and Sustainable Development” is now available

How can we navigate sustainability, the 2030 Agenda, ESG and sustainable transition? The new MOOC “Sustainability and Sustainable Development: An Introduction, from Its Roots to Future Challenges” is now online on POK – Polimi Open Knowledge.

The course is part of the Politecnico di Milano’s Libreria Zero project, a digital library of modular teaching resources designed to support the development of skills related to sustainability and sustainable development.

The course offers an introductory and up-to-date overview of the major topics in sustainable development: from the roots of the concept of sustainability to the key milestones in the international debate, from the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda to the main ESG frameworks, through to the environmental, social and economic challenges that make a fairer, more inclusive transition—one that respects the planet’s limits—necessary.
