My dream for the future: to work in an international environment

Luigi Bruzzese, Computer Engineering student, recipient of an Alumni scholarship

Publish date

Luigi Bruzzese, a Politecnico di Milano student and aspiring computer engineer, has benefited from an Alumni scholarship.

I’m currently in my final year of Computer Science and Engineering. In February, I returned to Milan after five months on Erasmus+ at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Barcelona. This experience was also made possible thanks to the financial contribution of the Circle of Donors scholarship, which allowed me to make the most of the many opportunities it offered. I’m now working on my thesis in the field of cybersecurity and machine learning.

My dream is to work in an international environment which, perhaps based here in Milan, now my second home, would allow me to gain experience abroad and put into practice not only the technical skills but also the linguistic and personal skills I acquired during my university years, both at Polimi and during Erasmus.

Politecnico di Milano has given me so much and I’ll always be grateful to all of you who are an essential and integral part of my experience, and I’ll never stop thanking you for all of this.
