Erasmus+ is the EU Programme that contributes concretely to the implementation of EU policy strategies. The 2021-2027 Programme places a strong focus on social inclusion, the green and digital transitions, and promoting young people’s participation in democratic life. 

The Politecnico di Milano has been awarded the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2021/2027 , which allows participation in the Erasmus+ programme. Politecnico di Milano's strategy for international mobility is defined in the Erasmus Policy Statement.
