The programme Pegasus (Partnership of a European Group of Aeronautics and Space UniversitieS) stems from an agreement between over twenty European universities, which have mutually recognised the high quality of their training in Aeronautical and Space Engineering and which have agreed on certain standards to be maintained in their educational system. The premise underlying the initiative is based on the common belief that modern aerospace training in a European context should include experiences of a multi-cultural and multi-linguistic nature.

In concrete terms, international mobility among the various locations of the network is encouraged and promoted through Erasmus agreements and work placements abroad with a high technical and training content.

In addition, this initiative offers students of the Master's Degree in Aeronautical and Space Engineering the possibility to obtain a certificate attesting the successful completion of a training experience in the international arena.
