The invention purpose is to elaborate the information of a road traffic navigation with the major aim to map potential dangers and unforeseen events that might occur along the two-wheeler user’s route. The invention may be considered a detection system aimed to the user’s safety rather than a traditional method of navigation. The device’s goal is to decrease the number of potential collisions taking place in the urban areas, directly ensuring the safety of the device’s users and indirectly of the other road-users.

Vantaggi

The invention’s purpose is to protect the two-wheeler users exploiting the double system of safety active and passive. The active data collection system’s purpose is to evaluate/calculate the hazard rate/index of an intersection in the urban areas. The system analyses two variables, the intersection structure and the entity of the congestion. The system operation is not affected by the weather or the road surface conditions; as a result of this the method used can be considered utterly innovative and authentic. The risk coefficient is determined by the road layout as well as the external factors (what) which are progressively integrated thus improving the accuracy of the coefficient.
