Description

The educational model adopted is characterized by multidisciplinary educational activities. The project draws on innovative teaching methods including the following activities: WARM UP: 80 hours. Educational activities aimed at providing an instrumental and basic training, through the learning of tools, techniques, methodologies and the use of specific software and applications. These activities enable participants to fill several gaps with reference to the background studies they carried out previously. Warm up courses can be attended entirely or partially, depending on the profile of the individual participants. They are carried out through lectures and exercises and there is no final test. FASHION PILLARS: 140 hours. Didactical activities of introduction to the knowledge of the lifestyle, its evolution and historical criticism, the predominant organizational models, the main products' typologies and the instruments necessary to explore and know the fashion market, and finally the techniques of project management. Fashion Pillar Courses are carried out through theoretical lectures, seminars and exercises. Each module has a final assessment exam, specific depending on the module. FASHION PROCESSES: 180 hours. Educational activities aimed to the formation of specific competences in managing key processes that characterize the functional and professional areas identified by the master. They are carried out through lectures and direct testimony from professionals. FIELD PROJECTS: 202 hours. Educational activities aimed at field testing the competences and skills learned during the previous courses, through team- field projects that involve groups of students working on real topics agreed with companies. EMPOWERMENT, INTERNSHIP, CURIOSITY, ENTREPRENEURSHIP & START UP: 578 hours. Education activities for the development of relational skills of students, through internship in leading companies. FINAL THESIS: 40 hours.

Educational project

The most important Italian and International brands in the fashion and luxury ecosystems have been able to evolve and implement new strategies in the last decade. Be it managerial or design-related, these new initiatives were conceived to cater for an evolving competitive system and for a more demanding consumer. Not only fashion brands, but also lifestyle brands are extending their own vision and applying their brand values to a variety of sectors such as luxury, design, clothing, jewelry, beauty & cosmetics, all the way to the most advanced innovation in the experience sectors. The key to the success of the aforementioned strategies is the unique capability to unite creativity, design and positioning strategy, creating products and services with a common denominator: knowing how to properly manage more and more hybrid processes between design and innovation. The University Master in Fashion Direction: Brand & Lifestyle Management (60 CFU) is addressed to junior profiles aiming to enter the fashion and luxury world, with a solid knowledge of managerial strategies and typical marketing procedures of the top of the range fashion luxury and lifestyle brands. This course will focus on business logics in the fashion industry, to buying and merchandising processes, up to the management of marketing and digital communication strategies. The main graduating professional figures will be Junior Brand Manager, Merchandiser, Buyer, CRM Manager, Digital Manager and Marketing Manager. New Junior Professionals, to discover how to manage upcoming challenges in terms of heritage, storytelling, and ??know how??, projected into an increasingly digital context. From fashion, to branding, to luxury.

Requirements

Students with a Bachelor of Science o Master of Science degree can be eligible. For foreign candidates, equivalent qualifications will be considered in the respective systems of studies.
