Description

The course consists of the following elements: - Lectures and workshops. Each topic will be presented to students through both theory and case studies, and then verified by carrying out tasks based on real projects. Highly qualified faculty of Polytechnic university professors and industry experts will train students to become professional. - Recurring progress and team-building meetings. Monthly, on established days, students will have a chance, together with the rest of the class, to check their progress in terms of learning and teamwork. On these occasions, each student will be able to discuss with professors his/her professional growth, as well as any eventual projects or personal initiatives. - Design your Career Students will acquire the awareness to recognize aptitudes and motivations and define professional goals. They will learn to recognize the opportunities in the changing market and plan the strategy to reach the stages of their professional career. - Project work. Acquired by students over the course of studies, their project skills will be put to test through three different project tasks, where students will be assigned their briefs by real clients. Divided into groups, the class will work as a real communication agency, respecting deadlines and goals, confirming them with the client throughout the sales phase. - Internship. The course will end with a 500-hour in-company internship, where the participants will have a chance to apply their knowledge acquired during the Master course, under the supervision of experts with different professional profiles with years of experience in the web industry. A final exam gives formal certification to each student?s course of study.

Educational project

Master is a first-level university degree of the Milan Polytechnic University, designed to prepare specialists capable of projecting, managing and monitoring marketing and digital communication strategies. The course of studies will focus on conveying a project method and technical skills, allowing students to interpret the current changes in the communication sector today, and the opportunities offered by the new technological scenarios, in order to assist companies in their transition from traditional to integrated communication methods. LISTENING, STRATEGIZING and MONITORING are the cornerstones of the process that will bring students to executing digital communication ecosystems in line with brand values and objectives and focusing on the relationship between companies and users of the Web, according user centered design approach. Graduates will combine strategic and project management skills, gain experience in the choice of communication channels and technical competency. They will be able to cover the following positions: Digital Strategist, Digital Account, Digital Project Manager, Digital Officer

Requirements

Candidates must hold a university degree. Foreign students may present equivalent degrees earned abroad.
