Description
Lessons will be held by professors, qualified experts of the sector, of
the Polytechnic of Milan and by representatives of the major companies
operating in the Italian and international real estate market, first of all
sponsors of the course. The activities carried out (Learning by Doing)
consist in real case studies and will be directly proposed and
supervised by the representatives of the sponsors of the course. A day
dedicated to the RICS is planned as also few visits to building
complexes of particular interest and/or innovative development
operations. The project also includes an internship period in which the
student will be able to deal with the company.
Educational project
The Course's goals is to offer such a trading, in order to fill gap and offer
to the market professional figures who know the main methods,
professional techniques and instruments for the Real Estate Market. The
Master represents an opportunity to acquire managerial and technical
know how which is not easy to obtain with the only job experience.
Requirements
Could be eligible candidates with Bachelor Master of Science in Architecture, Engineering,
Economy and Business, Law, Industrial Design and in related disciplines.
