Description of the initiative
ManuThon Workshops are preparatory events to the Manuthon initiative. Manuthon is a Hackathon focused on Manufacturing. The main Italian Universities are involved in the organization of this initiative. The participants, (bachelor/master/PhD) students, have to work for two days non-stop (about 30 hours), arranged in groups, on specific challenges defined by the involved companies. In these workshops the Manuthon initiative and the challenges proposed by the companies will be presented. Moreover, some research material will be delivered.
