Description of the initiative
The world of work is changing rapidly: new technologies are profoundly changing our society. Jobs and skills must evolve and change in order to overcome thechanges underway and the access to the world of work will have to change its logic too.Which are the challenges we will face and which will be the new opportunities in the job search process?Get ready for the future of work with UniversaMente - "Hack Your Talent", the hackathon organized by Adecco in collaboration with Impactscool.
The Hackathon -The competition consists of 4 local digital hackathons for university students and a national final to which the best groups of each local stage will have access. The participants, divided into groups, will have to imagine and present their vision of the world of work in 2050.The winning teams of the local competitions will participate to the national final where they will develop their project and focus on the recruiting process of the future.
Participants and prize-The Hackathon is a free event reserved to students of Politecnico di Milano, enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree course of the respective faculty.
The competition is limited to 100 people for each stage. At the end of the hackathon a jury will evaluate the work of the participants and will determine the winning team that will be able to participate to the national final. The winning teams will have access to online training courses on Adecco's Mylia platform, to Adecco's preferential employment channels through CV screening, as well as an on-site visit to a company in their area chosen by Adecco.
