In collaboration with Milano Design Film Festival (MDFF) and some colleagues of the Interior Design courses: the proponent Anna Mazzanti, Ico Migliore, Raffaella Trocchianesi; of Design of Communication: Mariana Ciancia, Andrea Manciaracina, Walter Mattana, Francesca Piredda; and Fashion Design: Vittorio Linfante, it is proposed a  program to raise awareness of the critical and participatory viewing of documentaries and feature films, through a series of meetings and screenings, dedicated to film culture and its relationship between art and design.  Compared to the last edition (2019/2020) it is presented a renewed engagment by students, more creative and performative. The idea was born in the belief that film culture can constitute a stimulating and culturally enriching "environment" for the training of designers. Hence the intention iis to offer students  selected docufilms, artist movies, feature films in the sphere of design and art. This is also a way to reaffirm the fluidity of the boundaries between the fields and practices of creatives. Today the word design extends to infinite design fields. Processes, organizational skills, applications in endless fields are important. The role of creativity remains primary: it is the innovative drive that makes a project unique and interesting, but the ability to dialogue between the numerous languages of contemporaneity is indispensable and heralds of new professions and new creations. In this pandemic era in which we have become accustomed to the continuity of the domestic landscape and to regain possession of this space by necessity, one's domestic space can be transformed into a place of creation, an image of one's microcosm through methods and processes of appropriation of the environment as total work. 
The program will be divided into two parts: first the online views of films - documentaries, long or medium lengths. For each weekly screening, experts closely connected with the works on display (artists, directors, authors, etc.) will be invited to present them, in order to enrich the students' experience and include, as a frame, a direct correspondence with the screening. 6 film documents connected to creative and artist spaces will be proposed, where the house is also a place of extension of one's work.  The visions and lecctures will be preparatory for the second part of the course which wants students active involvement. The screenings will therefore have the objective of introducing design methods to stimulate the reflection of the students who will be asked to develop a short video on a personal experience. Thanks to interdisciplinary contributions from the group of teachers involved in the School of Design and in this activity, by their skills in Exhibit Design, Storytelling & Movie Design, in fashion Design and Art History, students will be stimulated in the creation of a short audiovisual artifact, dedicated to the personal artistic transformation of their living space lately stage of our daily life and of our work.
