The deadline for the candidacy is May 19th, 2023The candidate is required to give a list of three preferences for the proposed organisations proposed in the calendar and to write a short text with the answers to the following questions (max 500 characters):
  1. What makes me myself (Insert a small bio of yourself highlighting which kind of Service Designer you aim to be. Remember to keep them short. Can't think of anything? We leave you here with some examples: What's your superpower? Where do you find inspiration? What's the one topic you could talk for hours? Do you collect anything?)
  2. I would like to join this/these tour/s because (please motivate the reason to participate to the tour highlighting, when possible, the reason of your preference):
Each tour accepts an average of 10 to 15 students.

Description of the initiative

PSSD tours are initiatives that allow the discovery, through an interactive digital or physical visit, of an agency, a professional studio or a company that deals with the design of the product-service system and that, on this occasion, presents itself, telling about people and projects. By taking part in the Tour, students can get to know these organizations not only for what they do, but also for how and where they do it, thus having the chance to get to know them more fully and present themselves in turn. La prima stagione dell'edizione PSSD Tour 2023 prevede 6 tours con aziende e organizzazioni diverse fra di loro (Service Design in-house, Service Design per la Pubblica Amministrazione & il Terzo settore e Service Design nella consulenza). Le 6 organizzazioni coinvolte hanno proposto le seguenti date e sedi per il PSSD Tour:

  • PagoPA: 24 o 25 Maggio in orario da definire, presso Regus Carrobbio Via Santa Maria Valle 3, Milano
  • Oblo: 30 Maggio in orario da definire, presso Via Antonio Sacchini, 23, Milano
  • Generali Italia: 1° meeting online il 14 Giugno e 2° meeting in presenza il 21 Giugno, presso Piazza Tre Torri, 1, 20145 Milano
  • Fondazione Housing: 20 Giugno in orario da definire, presso luogo da definire
  • Santagostino: 22 Giugno alle 16:00 presso Via Temperanza 6, Milano
  • Design Group Italia: 28 Giugno alle 17:00 presso Via Aleardo Aleardi, 12, Milano


The first season of the 2023 PSSD Tour edition consists in 6 tours with companies and organizations that approach Service Design differently (Service Design in-house, Service Design for the Public Administration & the Third Sector, Service Design Consultancy). The 6 organizations involved have proposed the following dates and locations:

  • PagoPA: 24th or 25th of May (timing to be defined, late afternoon), location: Regus Carrobbio Via Santa Maria Valle 3, Milano
  • Oblo: 30th of May (timing to be defined, late afternoon), location: Via Antonio Sacchini, 23, Milano
