The Mnemonic course focuses on three macro areas, each of which falls within the scope of the Metacognition: Memory Techniques, Effective learning techniques, Time management strategies.
The course is divided into two parts - Part I: Introduction on Metacognition - Part II: Full immersion course about Memory techniques and effective learning -
GOALS: Part I - Acquisition of basic knowledge on Metacognition: - Understanding of the functioning mechanisms of the cognitive process - Development of strategies for strengthening one's cognitive process - Part II: rapid acquisition of effective learning strategies, organization and time management strategies, increase in study results with increased quality and reduced time.
The communication course aims to provide the tools to communicate clearly and to a heterogeneous audience, stimulating students through combined sessions of theory and practice.
This course is structured as follows:

1. Non-verbal communication - Proxemics - study of distances - Kinesics - study of gestures - Facial mimic
2. Effective communication - Errors to be avoided in communication - Communication structures (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic) - Milton model and effective communication techniques - Persuasive communication
