"La via del talento" (literally: "The path of the talent") fis an interdisciplinary experience/show that brings together theatrical language, coaching techniques, music and visual contributions (made by the students of the Lighting course of the Design School of Milan Polytechnic), with the aim of involving the audience in an experience of collective growth through the Albini Method.To spread his Method and turn it into an emotional experience useful for our growth, Paola Albini, Franco's nephew, writes and interprets this path starting from her personal experience. The experience of a granddaughter who knows her grandfather and his Method through the Works he left, by which she is profoundly affected. Working with professionals in the field of Neuroscience, Coaching and Design Thinking, she uses the show also as a starting point for the formative pathways of the Franco Albini Academy Foundation.
