Description of the initiative
1) What is Google Earth Engine (GEE) and introduction to satellite data (Sentinel 1, 2, Landsat and Modis)
2) GEE and Javascript interface (basic commands and ee.Objects)
3) View the DEM and basic operations
4) Functions, Map and NDVI calculation (first on single images, then on image collections)
5) Spatial statistics and Export. QGIS export example
6) Monthly Composites and Area Calculations using the Global Forest Change or the JRC Water product
7) Segmentation and use of Quality Flag for various sensors
8) Exercise Classification
