Description of the initiative

The course is composed of two parts. The first part is focused on goal mapping and it is an interesting journey in our mind. The first part is composed of three modules: 1. understanding the starting point; 2. define goal and objectives; 3. understand how to obtain those objectives. Here techniques and methods for strategic planning and project management ( developed for companies) are joint with strategy for personal analysis and development ( part of personal coaching and PNL approach). Strategic planning and project management techniquesrely on the logical-rational part of our mind, the one responsible for calculating, language and linear processing; personal development strategies activate the irrational part of our mind the one that controls creativity, dreams and imagination. These two elements together allow to generate ambitious and motivating goals and to realize personal ambitions. The second part is focused on body language and effective communication. These two elements are particularly relevant in a society where technology is reducing communication distances but risk to reduce interpersonal communication skills. The second part is divided in the following modules: 1. non-verbal communication ( body language) - postulates of the Mental Reasearch Institute; 2. Prossemica - study of distances; 3.Kinesics; 4. study of gestures; 5. Facial Mimic Effective Communication; 6.Errors to be avoided in communication; 7. Communication structures (Visual, Auditive, Cinesthetic); 8. Milton model and techniques of Effective communication and Persuasive communication.
